A neighbourhood roastery, named after the spice in every Emirati cup.

Hayl (هيل) means cardamom. We started with one idea: bring the care of specialty coffee to the hospitality of a traditional majlis. We roast small batches on site, brew every cup to order, and still pour gahwa with dates for anyone who asks.
